Resilience comes from reclaiming the power and potential of our inherent wholeness. The Alexander Technique is historically rooted in the concept of psycho-physical unity and includesan integrated awareness of our senses, our relationship to the environment, and our connection to each other.
Please join us as we explore the capacity of this important work to restore ease and unity of ourselves, bringing balance to a world of ever increasing sensory dissonance, hyper-focus, and divisiveness.
