2026 Conference Assistants
The Annual Conference Planning Team is looking for three Conference Assistants to help at Akademie Gesundes Leben in October 2026.
ATI Trainee Members are invited to apply to serve as 2026 Conference Assistants. In exchange for your help ATI will provide you a free registration to the conference.
We are interested in working with people who have never come to an ATI Annual Conference, as well as those who have some conference experiences. It is a valuable opportunity for trainees who need the financial assistance to be able to attend the conference.

Tasks Shared by the Three Assistants Include:Assisting activities beginning 16 October 2026
Assist ATI Administrative Staff as needed Setting up and restoring rooms before and after meetings and workshops Provide support with various tasks before, during, and after each session & event Help with small tasks for making the conference run smoothly The expectation is conference assistants will be available for the pre-day, the whole conference, and post-event breakdown. Please note you will NOT be required to work during workshops, so you can take full advantage of the workshops being offered. Also, you do not need English as a first language to be considered.
Conference Assistant ApplicationApplications are due: 1 July 2026
If you are chosen, you will hear from the Site Committee and be provided a specific code to use to register for the Annual Conference.
