    July 24-30

    David Moore is leading this retreat with Rossella Buono and other graduates from his teacher training course. Over many of the sessions we will dividing up the group into yoga teachers, Alexander teachers, Alexander trainees and the general public.     There will be  classes based on  David’s book “Smart Yoga” https://www.alexanderschool.edu.au/smart-yoga-by-david-moore and classes on teaching the technique through games, with Rossella Buono and Anne Mallen, based on their book “For the Love  of Games” http://www.rossellabuono.com/publications.html
