Dayita Nereyeth is an Alexander Technique teacher, dancer, and editor based in Bangalore, India. She is interested in creating space for people to observe and explore habits, tensions, and ways of being. Dayita trained to teach the Alexander Technique with Robin and Béatrice Simmons. She is a teaching member of Alexander Technique International.
