Amy Hack

Amy Hack is currently training to be an Alexander Technique teacher with the Professional Association of Alexander Teachers’ (PAAT) International Alexander Technique Teaching course. She enjoys the continuous learning and growth studying the teaching of the Technique and looks forward to students of her own. Amy found the Alexander Technique in early 2022 after traditional healing modalities did not lessen her pain from multiple minor car accidents. She began lessons with Gabriella Minnes Brandes and within a week found pain relief and a new sense of empowerment as she could help herself. Amy has had lessons for three and a half years. When not training to be an Alexander teacher, Amy works as a retail regional trainer where she uses the Alexander Technique on a daily basis to live and work pain-free.
