Dart), alongside how your energetic/ emotional holdings manifest within these at key points, affecting how you contract, or unconsciously protect the front of yourself. Hands-on-self work, encouraging deepening levels of release within both the exterior spirallic musculature and within the ‘energetic substance’ of yourself.
