AT Seminars Online

We wish to let you know about an exciting new Alexander Technique venture that we hope you will be part of. We are Rachel Stevens MSTAT and Ruth Davis MSTAT– two AT teachers based in the UK with over 50 years teaching between us who trained in Carrington and Macdonald lineages and have completed a post grad training. 

Our Vision is to create a global community of Alexander teachers to inspire, collaborate and innovate together.

We are hosting a series of monthly online Seminars for Alexander teachers from all over the world.  It’s been a strange couple of years, but one thing we’ve realised is that there is a way to meet each other, to learn and feel connected through Zoom. 

We’d love you to join our first introductory seminar on Saturday 19th February 13.30- 15.00 GMT where we invite you to share what inspired you to begin your AT journey. You will meet fellow teachers and learn more about the seminar series.  Click here to Register your interest:
