Event Description: Are you wanting to make time and space for creativity, and to have some accountability for following through on creative endeavors? This class series will infuse the Alexander Technique with activities designed to encourage creative expression. Participants will be guided through deep listening, journaling, visualization, group activities, and will have a bit of unstructured, free time for creative play in community. In class, you will be able to generate and share individual work as well as enjoy a moment of exchange with one another. Led by Heather Gardner and Jessica Goldring.

This class will take place online via Zoom on September 21st & 28th, and October 5th & 12th from 8:30am - 10:00am ET.
