Curious about the Alexander Technique and want to learn more? Join us in person for our Alexander Technique Group Class in Philadelphia! Class will be led by BAC Faculty and assisted by BAC teacher training students. Classes explore basic principles of the Alexander Technique that guide you toward finding a better balance and dynamic body posture that you will learn to apply to all of your activities. These classes will meet in-person in Philadelphia on Thursday May 14th, 21st, 28th, & June 4th from 6-7pm. All classes will take place at 5008 Chestnut St. Registration is required to attend at balanceartscenter.com/class Class Fee: $20 Series 1: Know Your Body — How You Move Week 1: The Big Picture Week 2: Head & Neck Week 3: Hips Week 4 Hips, Knees & Ankles.
