Event Description:
Top-level riders in all disciplines have used the Alexander technique as a tool to achieve their goals. But this is not just for elite equestrians – it can help anyone with their riding. In this two-day workshop, you will be introduced to the Alexander Technique as it applies to horseback riding. The small class-size will allow plenty of time for personal attention and hands-on work and the mounted lessons will help you apply what you are learning to your riding.
